Long-horizon strategy for municipalities and cultural institutions. We facilitate, write and prototype — strategies arrive as documents and as test events you can stand inside.
Creative placemaking
For developers and city teams shaping neighbourhoods, plazas and ground-floor programmes. We design the cultural layer with the people who will use it.
Spatial futures research
Funded studies into what a place could be in 25, 50, 100 years. Mixed-methods: workshops with residents, futures literature, speculative scenarios, public exhibition of findings.
Facilitation
Workshops, retreats and decision-making spaces where culture intersects with urban planning. Bilingual (DE/EN). Up to 80 participants.
Advisory & boards
Sustained advisory engagements for cultural foundations and city culture departments. Quarterly or monthly cadence, on-call between.
